1. Preparation of financial statements and reporting as per statutory requirements, and to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements of listed companies such as SECP, stock exchanges etc. 2. The incumbent should possess Tax planning skills in accordance with Tax Laws. 3. Analysis and interpretation of financial data / business performance of the company and recommendation for improvement 4. Strong analytical skills to monitor and report improvement in business processes 5. Exposure in ERP based work environment particularly Oracle EBS. 6. Develop and strengthen control environment across company. 7. Ensure internal control compliance 8. Hands on experience of developing financial models for Business Planning and Forecasting. 9. Coordinate and prepare annual budgets 10. Strong interpersonal and effective communication both verbal and written. 11. Ability to plan and priorities workloads to meet the deadlines 12. Coordination with external auditors 13. Hands on working knowledge ERP implementation, financial accounting, management reporting and budget preparation.
