Groups send letter to oppose coal ash recycling bill
More than 300 groups sent a letter to the U.S. Senate opposing the Coal Ash Recycling and Oversight Act, which would mandate coal ash be regulated under Subtitle D of the Solid Waste Disposal Act.

Scotland offers loans to plastics recyclers
The Scottish government has established an about $4.1 million loan scheme to help support plastics recyclers. The fund will be administered by Zero Waste Scotland and Scottish Enterprise.
