Required Experience: Minimum 2 years experience as Head Mistress with 3 years full time teaching in a reputable school. Displays confidence and sensitivity in leading faculty, and possesses insight about current curriculum and early childhood pedagogical issues. Has advanced computer skills and good communication and people skills. Is culturally sensitive, dependable and flexible.
