We are a British Real Estate Developer and Broker and have been in business in Dubai since 2006. We wish to expand and grow our Real Estate Broker business and are looking for a Senior Manager to run the whole operation. This is more than a Management position; we want you to lead the business to the top in its field. Rewards are completely uncapped. You must: - Have extensive UAE real estate experience. - Have run your own business or be Managing a successful Real Estate broker. - Have demonstrable experience of recruiting, training, target setting and over achieving. - Have excellent Man management skills. - Want to run a Real Estate Broker business with the backing of a substantial developer. - Be willing to have this business take over your life!
